It is a great pleasure to invite you all to the 2025 International Dressage Officials Club General Assembly + FEI/IDOC Seminar, which will take place during the CDI 5* Frankfurt, 18 – 20 December 2025.
IDOC GENERAL ASSEMBLY DETAILS
- Date and Time: Friday, December 19th, 2025, at 15:00.
- Location: Gestüt Schafhof.
- Transportation: Will be arranged to and from the Marriott Hotel Frankfurt (Hamburger Allee 2, Frankfurt am Main), at 13:30 on Friday (Dec. 19th 2025).
- Agenda: Will be sent shortly.
- Dinner at Schafhof: Offered after the GA
FEI MAINTENANCE COURSE & IDOC
SEMINAR FOR DRESSAGE JUDGES
December 18th to 20th
In keeping with tradition, IDOC will be hosting a seminar and a FEI Maintenance Course during the CDI 5* Frankfurt.
The tickets to access the showground (Festhalle) will be distributed on Wednesday, December 17th, at the lobby of the Marriott Hotel, from 16h to 18h. The official schedule of the Seminar ends on Saturday by 13h00.

IDOC won’t provide tickets for the Freestyle on Sunday morning. If you are interested in watching it, please find more information and purchase details directly in the competition site
FEI MAINTENANCE COURSE DETAILS
The judges who would like to take this course should apply through your National Federation directly via the FEI Database Course Calendar. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact anna.milne@fei.org.
Be aware that the deadline to apply to the FEI Seminar is 18 November 2025.
For the video assessment & theory session (Thursday afternoon, Dec. 18th, at the showground – “Blauer Saal”), please bring your own devices (computers, tablets, smartphones should work too).
IDOC DRESSAGE JUDGES SEMINAR DETAILS
The seminar is also open for national judges and FEI officials not willing to take the assessment officially (although everyone is welcome to take it as a practice!).
